These Terms of Service apply to all TJ NOVA LTD websites, applications, AI tools, AI projects, digital products, software products, dashboards, commerce experiences, creative technology products, online services, product websites, subdomains, separate product domains, paid downloads, subscriptions, usage credits, generated outputs, custom design work, website design, product design, software design and AI project work, unless a separate written agreement applies.
By accessing, purchasing, subscribing to or using any product or service operated by TJ NOVA LTD, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our products or services.

2. What we do
TJ NOVA LTD designs, builds, sells and operates websites, applications, AI tools, AI projects, digital products, software products, dashboards, commerce experiences, creative technology products, online services, product websites, subdomains, separate product domains, paid downloads, subscriptions, usage credits, generated outputs, custom design work, website design, product design, software design and AI project work.
Some products may be operated under their own product name, website, subdomain or separate product domain while remaining operated or supplied by TJ NOVA LTD. Product-specific terms may also apply. If product-specific terms conflict with these Terms, the product-specific terms apply only for that product.
3. Accounts
Some products may require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account.
You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. We may suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information, create security risk, violate these Terms or abuse our products.
4. Purchases, payments and billing
Paid products may include one-time purchases, paid downloads, subscriptions, usage credits, generated outputs, software access, design services, custom design work, website design, product design, software design, AI project work or other paid online services.
Prices, billing periods, usage limits, included features and renewal terms will be shown at the point of purchase or in the applicable product terms.
You agree to pay all applicable fees, taxes and charges associated with your purchase. If a payment fails, access to the paid product or service may be delayed, suspended or cancelled.
5. Digital access, downloads, credits and generated outputs
Many of our products are digital in nature and may be delivered immediately after purchase. This may include generated outputs, digital files, online tools, software access, usage credits, paid downloads, design files, project files or other digital content.
Once digital access, generated output, downloaded content, consumed credits or delivered digital work has been supplied, refund and cancellation rights may be limited except where required by law or stated in the applicable product terms.
6. Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew according to the billing terms shown at purchase. You may cancel a subscription according to the product’s cancellation process. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund the current billing period unless required by law or stated in the applicable product terms.
7. Custom design, software and project work
Where we provide custom design work, website design, product design, software design or AI project work, the scope, price, timeline and deliverables should be agreed separately in writing.
Unless otherwise agreed, custom or personalised work may become non-refundable once work has started, files have been delivered, access has been provided or the work has been substantially performed, except where required by law.
8. User content
You retain ownership of content that you upload, submit or provide to our products, subject to any rights you grant us in order to operate, improve, secure and provide the product.
You confirm that you have the rights necessary to upload or submit your content and that your content does not violate the law, third-party rights or our Acceptable Use Policy.
9. AI outputs and creative outputs
Some products may use artificial intelligence, automation, image generation, image editing, content generation or similar technologies.
AI-generated outputs may be imperfect or unsuitable for some uses. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using them commercially.
We do not guarantee that AI-generated or automated outputs will be unique, error-free, legally cleared or suitable for a particular purpose.
10. Intellectual property
All software, design systems, interfaces, branding, website content, product names, code, documentation and materials provided by TJ NOVA LTD remain owned by TJ NOVA LTD or its licensors, unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, scrape, reproduce, redistribute or exploit our products, software, designs or content except as allowed by the relevant product or by written permission.
11. Acceptable use
Your use of our products and services is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate access where we believe a user is violating these Terms, abusing our systems, harming other users, creating legal risk or threatening the security or integrity of our services.
12. Third-party services
Our products may rely on third-party service providers, including hosting, storage, analytics, payment processing, email delivery, security, automation, content generation, file delivery and customer support tools.
We are not responsible for failures, downtime, policy changes or actions of third-party providers outside our reasonable control.
13. Availability and changes
We aim to provide reliable products and services, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Products may be updated, changed, limited, suspended or discontinued.
Where reasonable, we will try to provide notice of material changes that significantly affect paid users.
14. Refunds
Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy and any product-specific refund terms. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable law.
15. Privacy
Our processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
16. Disclaimers
Our products and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We do not guarantee that our products will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, suitable for a particular purpose or compatible with every device, browser, platform or third-party service.
17. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TJ NOVA LTD will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for claims relating to a paid product or service is limited to the amount you paid to us for that product or service in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
18. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to products or services if you breach these Terms, violate our policies, create legal or security risk, fail to pay fees or abuse our products.
You may stop using our products at any time. If you have a subscription, you are responsible for cancelling it through the applicable process.
19. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on our website. Continued use of our products after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
20. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

7. 定制设计、软件和项目工作
定制设计、网站设计、产品设计、软件设计或 AI 项目工作的范围、价格、时间和交付物应另行书面约定。除非另有约定，一旦工作开始、文件交付、访问提供或工作实质完成，定制工作可能不予退款，法律要求的除外。
8. 用户内容
您保留上传、提交或提供内容的所有权，但授予我们运营、改进、保护和提供产品所需的权利。您确认拥有提交内容所需权利，且内容不违反法律、第三方权利或可接受使用政策。
9. AI 和创意输出
部分产品可能使用人工智能、自动化、图像生成、图像编辑、内容生成或类似技术。输出可能不完美或不适合某些用途，您负责商业使用前的审查。我们不保证输出唯一、无误、已完成法律权利审查或适合特定用途。
10. 知识产权

20. 适用法律
本条款受英格兰及威尔士法律管辖。英格兰及威尔士法院具有专属管辖权，但适用消费者法律允许您在其他地方起诉的除外。
