This page covers websites, applications, AI tools, generative systems, digital products, software products, SaaS products, dashboards, creative software, commerce experiences, product websites, subdomains, separate product domains, subscriptions, usage credits, generated outputs, downloads, custom design work and AI project work.

This Refund Policy applies to paid products and services operated by TJ NOVA LTD, including websites, landing pages, dashboards, applications, AI tools, AI-generated outputs, edited images, digital products, software access, subscriptions, credits, downloads, templates, creative tools, design services, website services, software design, product design, automation services, project work, checkout flows and digital commerce experiences.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable law.
1. Digital products and immediate access
Many of our products are digital and may be delivered immediately after purchase. This may include AI-generated outputs, edited images, downloadable files, online tool access, software access, templates, design files, project files, credits, prompts, automation assets or other digital content.
Digital products, generated outputs, downloaded files, accessed tools, delivered design work and consumed credits are generally non-refundable once delivered, accessed, downloaded, generated, used or consumed, unless required by law or stated otherwise in the applicable product terms.
2. Digital content acknowledgement
Where required, before receiving immediate access to digital content, you may be asked to confirm that you agree to immediate supply and understand that cancellation and refund rights may be limited once access, download, generation, delivery or consumption begins.

I agree that digital access, credits, generated outputs, downloads or online services may be supplied immediately after purchase. I understand that once the product is accessed, generated, downloaded, delivered or consumed, my cancellation and refund rights may be limited except where required by law.This confirmation may apply to one-time purchases, subscriptions, credits, downloads, AI generation, image editing, software access, templates and other digital products or online services.
3. Usage-based credits
Consumed credits are generally non-refundable because the underlying service has already been supplied.
Unused credits may be refundable only where required by law, stated in product-specific terms or approved by TJ NOVA LTD at its discretion.
4. AI-generated and creative outputs
AI-generated outputs may be imperfect or unsuitable for some uses. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using them commercially.
Unless required by law or stated otherwise in product-specific terms, refunds are not normally provided only because an AI-generated or creative output is subjective, unexpected, unsuitable for a particular use, requires human review or needs further editing after generation or delivery.
You are responsible for ensuring that any uploaded material, prompt, reference image, brand asset, data or instruction is lawful and that you have the rights, permissions, licences and consents needed to use it and to use any resulting output. A purchase from TJ NOVA LTD does not grant rights in third-party content, brands, likenesses, data or materials you do not already have permission to use.
5. Subscriptions
Subscriptions may be cancelled according to the billing terms applicable to your plan.
Cancellation stops future renewals. It does not automatically refund the current billing period unless required by law, stated in the applicable product terms or approved by TJ NOVA LTD.
If a product offers a free trial, the trial terms will be shown at signup or checkout.
6. Custom design, software and project work
Custom or personalised work may include website design, product design, software design, AI project work, design files, creative services, development work or other project-based services.
Refunds for custom work depend on the agreed scope, project stage, work already performed and applicable law.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, fees may be non-refundable once work has started, deliverables have been prepared, files have been delivered, access has been provided or the work has been substantially performed, except where required by law.
7. Duplicate payments, failed access and technical issues
If you believe you were charged twice, charged incorrectly, did not receive access to a paid product or experienced a technical issue that prevented delivery, contact support@tjnovaltd.com.
We will review the issue and may provide a fix, replacement access, credit, partial refund or full refund depending on the circumstances.
8. Abuse and policy violations
Accounts that violate our Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, payment rules, security controls or product restrictions may be suspended or terminated.
Users who abuse products, attempt fraud, misuse credits, file false claims, reverse engineer systems or violate policies may be ineligible for refunds to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9. How to request a refund
Refund requests should be sent to support@tjnovaltd.com and should include:
- order email
- product name
- transaction reference or receipt
- purchase date
- reason for request
- screenshots or error details, if relevant
We review refund requests in line with this policy, product-specific terms and applicable law.
10. Chargebacks
If you have a problem with a purchase, contact us first so we can investigate. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution and may result in account restrictions where fraud or abuse is suspected.

3. 按使用量计费的额度

4. AI 生成和创意输出
AI 生成输出可能不完美或不适合某些用途。您有责任在商业使用前审查输出。
除法律或产品专属条款另有规定外，不会仅因 AI 生成或创意输出具有主观性、出乎预期、不适合特定用途、需要人工复核或交付后仍需编辑而通常提供退款。
您负责确保上传材料、提示词、参考图像、品牌资产、数据或指令合法，并拥有使用它们及其输出所需的权利、许可和同意。向 TJ NOVA LTD 购买产品不会授予您原本无权使用的第三方内容、品牌、肖像、数据或材料的权利。
5. 订阅
订阅可依适用方案的计费条款取消。取消会停止未来续费，但不会自动退还当前计费周期费用，法律要求、相关产品条款规定或 TJ NOVA LTD 批准的除外。
如产品提供免费试用，试用条款会在注册或结账时显示。
6. 定制设计、软件和项目工作
定制或个性化工作可能包括网站设计、产品设计、软件设计、AI 项目工作、设计文件、创意服务、开发工作或其他项目服务。
定制工作的退款取决于约定范围、项目阶段、已完成工作和适用法律。
除非另有书面约定，一旦工作开始、交付物已准备、文件已交付、访问已提供或工作已实质完成，费用可能不予退款，适用法律要求的除外。
7. 重复付款、访问失败和技术问题
如您认为发生重复扣款、错误扣款、未获得付费产品访问权限或因技术问题无法交付，请联系 support@tjnovaltd.com。
我们会审核问题，并可根据具体情况提供修复、替代访问、额度、部分退款或全额退款。
8. 滥用和违反政策
违反服务条款、可接受使用政策、付款规则、安全控制或产品限制的账户可能被暂停或终止。
滥用产品、企图欺诈、滥用额度、提交虚假索赔、逆向工程系统或违反政策的用户，在法律允许的最大范围内可能无权获得退款。
